The list is truly helpful. However, I would like to add a few of my own tips. Drinking a lot of water is what is the first and foremost need of healthy skin and also regular exercise or yoga. Also keep lacto calamine lotion handy for all the zits and break outs. It does wonders.

I’m a firm believer in exfoliating. I’ve tried retinol products a few times (both weak and stronger formulations) and was horrified-they gave me new lines and deepened the fine lines I had, in spite of moisturizing like crazy. I’ve had much better luck with glycolic acid-I have dry skin AND tend to get pimples but the glycolic acid has eliminated both. AlphaHyrdox is an effective and inexpensive product-you can get it online from Neoteric.

One more important and timeless beauty tip for glowing skin is to drink lots of water.. approx 8 glasses a day. After all what goes inside your body is an important as what you do outside it!

That was a nice post. Taking proper care of skin is essential, especially during summer. Do you know proper clothing is also important? Tight cloths do look stylish but they can cause acne breakouts. Use cotton clothes, as they facilitate air flow and soak extra sweat.
